i have an essay to do and i started with my introduction so i would love to hear your comments and if i do have any grammatical mistakes please help me with it !


this is my intro about the colonization of British India


Many people assume that the word “colonization” is something harmful that could affects and destroys many things in a country such as the language, the history or even the whole society. Indeed, that is not always true, colonization could also add many good things and improves in many ways, such as improving education, the society or putting new rules that could benefit the colonized country. Europeans came to India long time ago as a peaceful traders, but they ended it by having military powers and political force in India. In this essay, I will be talking about the positive and negative effects of British while colonizing India.

There are several mistakes in this introduction. The thesis which is the colonoization of India should be introduced earlier in the paragraph. The first sentence has some typos, affect and destroy should not be plural. in the second sentence don't use the word also. Most importantly integrate that last sentence to be the second of third sentence in this paragraph. i hope that helps! I'm 22 but writing is still difficult for me too.
