Becoming a Librarian

Is anyone out there an existing librarian or lib.tech? I am so in love with books and literature that I feel this is the next step for me. Any thoughts?

Some people on this board are librarians or are doing degrees in library studies. I think though, you'll get more response on another board, as introductions isn't the most frequented.
