Hello,
I am not sure if you can help me with this, but I have been searching for an article that I read in high school for some time now and I don't know the author or the title of it. It was in my cultural anthropology course, and the article talked about an ancient tribe describing its practices, rituals and traditions only to be revealed in the end that this "ancient" tribe is actually the modern man. The purpose was to show how we judge other cultures not understanding their social norms within which it functions, but that we do not apply the same critical approach when it comes to our own culture. Any ideas about the author, article or anything that might shed some light on this? Thank you!
