Pain stabs heart.............halts
Blood pumps steadily
Lids shut tight
Eyes gaze over everything

Pain...................................Oh God it never stops
Face hunched toward the knees
Spine held straight
Can’t turn the neck
Lips bit until they bleed

Sharp pain.........................................and then departs
Lost in the constant flow
Ribs implode
Lungs inhale

Pain......................................... ears hear no more
