Business has always been an uncanny interest of mine. Every since I was young, I have immersed myself in business and have worked towards creating my own companies. As a child I would play shopkeeper with my sister, swindling her imaginary products. If I was not trying to sell my products to my sister, I would be setting up shop on the side of the street selling lemonade to passerbyers. Although business may not have been great, I still got satisfaction from starting my own shop. Attempt after attempt I would try to start a stronger, more equipped company. Endless array of failed business startups as a child were not the only thing that pressed me towards business, but also my father’s own computer business, which he started twenty years ago. I would be working and learning from my father, gained strategies to progress myself with my own company startups. Working at my fathers company, I learned a great deal of information about computer’s, which would help start another company: selling shoes on eBay. With the help of my father, I created an account and started work. They were not just regular Nike shoes however, but ones sold at specific Nike retailers, which I could buy and sell for good profit. Yet, after some bad decisions on which shoe type to buy, my company was once again in a rut.

Since I have been three years old, I have been traveling around the world. Venezuela, Germany, France, Italy, Portugal are just some of the countries I have traveled to that have changed my perspective of the world. Traveling abroad, I have experienced a mixture of different cultures and their norms firsthand. Selling all these ways of life has impacted me since childhood. When I was seven years old, first learned how to bargain in Venezuela buying my first wallet. After traveling to more countries, I Saw firsthand how diverse the world really is. Observing countries has taught/shown me that nothing is perfect and everything is subject to change.
