So I want to give the Cantos of Ezra Pound a read over the next month or so. Could anyone suggest a good edition? I have read some of the Cantos in a small volume of Pound's selected poetry, and I did not fail to notice that he uses Chinese, Ancient Greek and Italian (and possibly others?). Is there a decent edition out there with explanatory notes and whatnot?

I don't think there's an annotated version available. Cantos, I think is only available through New Directions. There are several guides, but I think the one considered definitive is The Companion to the Cantos by Carroll F. Terrell published by the University of California Press.

I stand corrected, JBI; I'm so used to LOA having complete works.
