Sorry, I myself have not read it! Are these recent releases or long since published series?

Mate!, I love Star Wars (although it's completely different than what I'd like to write on "futurism"), but I never had patience to read any books.
However, in my view, the biggest mistake commited by George Lucas in the prequels of the series in the cinema was to speak too much about the "Anakin Skywalker tragedy", and too little about Han Solo, and how he met Chewbacca, and how he won the Millenium Falcon from Lando Chalrisian (...)
Episodes I, II & III, to me, should have been like this:
I Anakin Skywalker tragedy (all right ...)
II Clone wars
III Early years of the Galactic Empire (with stories of Han Solo, Lando, Jabba the Hutt, bounty hunters, this dirty side of the Galactic Empire ...)
It'd have been great!
But not all things are like what we'd like them to be.
Good thing that, with his mate, S. Spielberg, mr. Lucas didn't spare Indiana Jones four ... And, sorry, I'm completely off the topic, by now.
