Just as a background, Both Dillard and McCandless loved nature. They both also had an opposing view on nature too. While Dillard embraced the beauty of nature, McCandless wanted to challenge nature.
can anyone point out specific examples of this and reasons why both felt this way.
i basically need a compare and contrast between the two and chose this topic although im open to any other ones too.
It would be great if the dillard example came from "In the Jungle" pgs 53 - 59
