Failed more times, but never stayed down...
But getting back up, is as hard as it sounds...
The work and sweat, you've invested in time...
Resulted in nothing, for achievements to shine...
Wiping my mirror just to focus on mistakes...
As I stared at myself, while doing what it takes...
To get back on top, but I always stay under...
My tears are the rain, while my voice is the thunder...
Expressing my feelings, and the hardships I'm in...
The spotlight in my life would only flicker and dim...
But God was always there, for the batteries to change...
So I can find that light, and seek the pride in my name...
Whatever would affect me, I'll always stay strong...
The student of the devil, always learning from the wrong...
And correcting its past, for that one passing grade...
To clean up those flaws, until mistakes are untraced...
And the surface would shine, for a fresh, new start...
Compassion is the key, so from this time on...
Unlocking all your goals, is to do it with your heart...
