Okay, I am going to start by saying this one thing: I have been trying to work this out myself for over a fortnight becuase my teacher keeps telling me that I will 'get it'. I am saying this becuase I've been flamed in the past by people telling me that I am bascially lazy and stupid because I am asking for help on these forums. That said, I'l tell you the problem shall I? ;)

Right, my A level class is studing Robert Frost at th moment and so far I haven't understood any of the second-meanings of his poems, nor have I been able to write a satisfactory essay on one of them for teacher. Well now we have this one:

"Frost uses ordinary events to present meaningful observations on wider issues" Explain.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Tia, if you start by posting some of your own thoughts, I am sure you will get more replies (and less inflammatories comments :)).

I know I should have done that. I haven't ad many nasty comments though it just annoyed me the one I got!:D

anyway, like I said I know that would help but the problem is I actually have NO thoughts on his poetry at all.

Got an extension though, so I will try again this week! Thanks for replying anyway.:)
