Peace of Cake

What a way to go,
Your cake cooling on the counter,
the frosting and coconut standing ready,
You pondering feeding me that first bite,
Of me, fainting into your arms, overcome,
The sweetness of it all and how I will miss
your afterkiss, and you, smiling with tears
as you pick the stray coconut from my breast.

Without meaning to undermine you but in the spirit of the above, would you please look into:

1) The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan;

2) The Israeli-Palestinian conflict;

3) Global warming;

4) Reconciling the General Theory of Relativity with Quantum Dynamics.

Haha! I'll get busy with that while I'm spending $20 (or more?) to have the bulb changed in my car's tail light. ;)
