Conjuring the power to look within my soul,
You,
Me,
We,
Wince at the sight of a mangled form that breathes
Slowly, heavily, painfully, tragically.

The breaths become longer,
The day becomes shorter,
My life becomes bigger;
As I see the truth that I have dressed in a robe of deceit.
A fallen star does little
To numb the hurt,
A fallen angel does more
To tempt me,
To tempt me!
Into a fate befitting a king of peasantry,
Dishonour, treachery, the death of life.
My breaths, become shorter, once more.
