Come undone like Ms. Plath
Change the bed sheets, painted with the stain of you and I
Come undone like Ms. Dickinson
Made some coffee to soothe my bruised lips
Come undone like Mr. Hemingway
Took a shower and washed every place where you've been
Come undone like Mr. Poe
Dressed to cover my nakedness, shameful and exposed in front of you
Came undone like myself
Does this mean I'm a writer now like the great ones?

No question about it - but may I suggest a comma after the 4th word in your title!!!

She's come undone
She didn't know what she was headed for
And when I found what she was headed for
It was too late

Sorry, couldn't resist tossing those old lyrics out. :) And yes, if I read your delightful poem the right way, you'd be a writer like the great ones, using your moments of madness as material for your poetry.
