"Wilderness" (who wrote this poem?)

I am searching for the author of a poem titled "Wilderness".

the first few lines :

"When I lay down, for the night, on the desert,
on my back, and dozed, and my eyes opened,
my gazed rushed up, as if falling up
into the sky ..."

The last 2 lines are:

"not only the earth while I am here, but space,
and death, and existence without me, are my home."

I wish to give the author credit when I recite this poem.
