Well,I have read a book whose style of writing is very simple, it's easy to read, at which it's enough easy to be translated into english, I guess.

Este libro es básicamente un testimonio. Su autora es alguien que -sin experiencia ni formación específica previa- ha hecho una carrera en el área de Ventas en varias compañías de Venta Directa.
La Venta Directa es una importante actividad, que ha registrado -sólo computando los 40 países donde existe una cámara de Venta Directa- una facturación consolidada en exceso de U$S 75.000 millones e involucra a más de 21 millones de personas denominadas: revendedoras, coordinadoras, empresarias, asociadas, consultoras, distribuidoras, etc. Aproximadamente, 220.000 nuevas revendedoras son reclutadas semanalmente en todo el mundo, en especial en los países emergentes (América Latina, China, India, Rusia, los ex-países comunistas de Europa Oriental, Vietnam, etc.).
La Revendedora es lo que el corazón y aparato circulatorio son al total del cuerpo en la Venta Directa. De nada servirían todos los recursos financieros, logísticos, tecnológicos y de marketing que tienen todas las compañías del sector -entre ellas algunas multinacionales cuyas acciones cotizan en la Bolsa de Valores de las principales capitales de primer mundo- si no existiera la Revendedora.
Ella es quien todos los días provee al consumidor final de los productos o servicios, un servicio profesionalizado y diferencial. La autora es una de estas personas y como tal aquí relata sus experiencias (éxitos y fracasos) y cómo ha ido creciendo al superar los desafíos y aprovechar las oportunidades que en su actividad se le abrieron.
El testimonio es muy valioso y contiene juicios y experiencias generalizables y de provecho, tanto a quienes se inician en la Venta Directa, como a quienes pretendan estudiar sus características y motivaciones.

Direct Selling is an important activity which has registered -only computing 40 countries where exists a Direct Selling College- a consolidated invoicing in excess of U$S 75.000 millions and involves more than 21 millions of people denominated as: sales-women, coordinators, entrepreneurs, associateds, consultants, distributors, etc. Approximately, 220.000 new sales-women are weekly recruited all over/throughout the world, especially in emergent/emerging countries (Latin America, China, India, Russia, Communists Eastern Europe's ex-countries, Vietnam, etc.).
Sales-Woman is what heart and circulatory system are to the whole body in Direct Selling. For nothing would serve all finnancial, logistic, technological, and marketing resources which all companies to the sector have -among them some multinationals whose actions quote on the Stock Market of the main first world's capitols- if doesn't exist the Sales-Woman.
She is who everyday provide for final consumer of products or services, a personalized and differential service. The author is one of these people and as such, she tells her experiences ("successes and failures") and how she has gone growing to win over defies and making a profit of opened opportunities during her activity.
The testimony is very valuable and contains generalizable and profitable judgements and experiences, as to who start in Direct Selling as to who pretend study its characteristics and motivations.
