Hope, his name it was
that tarried in once a land
from a mother of elvin kin
and father of proudly men
a year or so had passed
when father slain at last
then mother left the land
and held the Hope in hand
afar from past the land
they had dwelt for years
now Hope's in his teen
proud, fair and keen
striding across the zones
his errands surely it were
descedant of once a king
a gem he was that bling
he marched back to the land
where once he lived a past,
with love they welcomed Hope
sang songs of joy and hope
alone he was by the river
of the fair land of his
he held his pipe in hand
and walked within the land
rings of smoke he made
he thought, glared and sniffed
ahead of him it was a light
that pierced his sight in might
he gazed with eyes opened wide
at the beam that hit him hard
ethereal beauty, she stood there
by the river, dressed in fair
her heavenly hair, it was dark
as a glance of moonless night
white skin, shined like a star
she was, yes, Evenstar
