Lost? soon to be found

ack! I'm going through my CD's and either putting them on my mp3 or putting on the pile to sell back. It seems that ~ 18 of my favorite disc are missing. :bawling: I have the cases but not the actual discs :flare:. They have to be either at work, in my car, or at home trouble is I've looked high and low and can't find them.

Anybody seen my discs?

I's trying to decide if I should replace them or just wait it out..I know if I replace the next day i will find them.....

I know this has to happen to other people...

I usually find the CDs I think I've lost in the wrong case - I tend to put them away in the wee, small hours when I'm more than half asleep, then when I want to play them again, I have to try to remember what else I was listening to the last time I played them.

And Papaya, you surely know the sub-clause of S*d's Law - Any lost object that is replaced will re-appear within days of the replacement entering the house.

Ive lost a whole batch of cds too and I know my sisters havent knicked them because apparntly I have emabrissingly bad tastes in music ( aka I love abba! :rolleyes: ) though they may have sabotaged them because the realy realy hated all the albums that have gone missing... I want my James Taylor cd ! and my aba one and the Beegees and swing while you winning .. ad I know my sister stole my frank sinatra albums but where has the Peggy lee collection gone?

I know that this was directed at Papaya.. however, I am one that enjoys listening to music. When you offered some Irish bands.. was that in a contemporary popular sense (like as Dropkick Murphy's?) or did you have something else in mind?

If you wouldn't mind , as least providing me with a "small" list of artist? Again, always looking for something new and interesting.

I cannot find my pencil case!

I haven't used it since July. During the holidays, I looked for it couple of times and every time I thought "it must be in this drawer or that", never seriously going after it but now that the term has started, I keep searching for it and nope! Nowhere to be found!

I had it for so many years and had a nice collection of pens in it as well as other emergency stuff necessary for a teacher.

I want my pencil case back! :(

Today I went to buy myself a pencil case but there was nothing to my liking but instead I found these foldable art sets for my students (yes, felt-tips and such for adult learners... We often have creative projects in the class (posters and such)) so I got those, about which I am very excited.
