Are there any websites out there where to can rate books, reviews them and such? and keep track of what you have read? Thanks, any help appreciated :)

Try Librarything. It is a fantastic site that lets you enter your personal library, write reviews of the books for others to see, discuss book topics, and a whole host of other things. You can also tag the books with labels, so if you can mark what you've read or not read. Here is the website: http://www.librarything.com/
