Large silver spoon.
Enough to make,
a gourmet swoon!

Served up on a charger plate.
At least four times a day...
The good Lord willing!
Could be my fatal fate!

Divine the thought
of its going down.
Mile-wide smile, no more frowns!
Diabetes can go to HELL!!!

All it needs is a magic spell...
called...Insulin!!!
