It says basically 3 books for about 11 or 12 dollars.. how can that be true considering LoA's usual prices? This is crazy :)

Book clubs often use give aways to attract customers. I got the OED for $25 from one club, and the Science Fiction bookclub regularly offers 6 books for a dollar. Read the fine print and get it, if you want it.
