1- (The fortune-teller)

this poem talking about man who search about lost his love , he went to fortune-teller in order to ask her about this lost love

Translated into English by :Sherif Okasha
now poem :

With eyes fear-stricken
She sat down
contemplating my cup
turned upside-down

"have no tears ,my son "said she
for sure love is your destiny "

"Death ,my son ,for the beloved's sake
is life in Martyrdom's wake "

So many a time did I divine
yet never saw a cup like thine

So many a time did I divine
yet never knew a grief like thine

It's your eternal fate to wade
in the love sea
never setting a sail
and your life shall ever be
a tearful tale

....

...I sweep away the beginning of things
and with a new language
that has the music of water the message of fire
I light the coming age
and stop time in your eyes
and wipe away the line
that separates
time from this single moment. {excerpt}
