Youth Week, and all this religious attention has me questioning, basically everything.
Is there really more then us?
Is there really a superior? Do, or did they walk amongst us?
Is this really it?
What is there to believe?
As a non believer, I dont hold true to any religion, I feel they are institutions that may as well be a padded cell of faith, and I'm not buying it.
I decided, that we, with our unaccepting intelligence, it is almost a need to believe in something,, whether it is in the form of a 'god' or in ourselves, the mythical eg vampires, etc.
I also decided I'd like to beleive in something real. So I believe in Air.
And I base my new theology on, Air.
Air, the support of our lives, that exists not only outside but also inside ourselves. Without which we would cease. A reflex action, outside our conciousness, yes we can hold our breath, we can question, until we pass out and our body takes control and breathes. Something, that to our eyes does not exist. You cannot see Air, but you can feel it. Theres not tangeble evidence that it is there, until you draw breath.
Who will join the Air, and Breathe?
[Yes, by the way. I am paying out the institutions, just a little bit. Forgive me, I dont intentionally offend.]
