define 'newly written stories'. If you mean stories published recently, they shouldn't be on the internet as they're copyrighted.

I did a google search quickly and came up with this url for starters....

Seems to be an Indian forum, but India has produced some interesting writers and stories. I have a book of short stories by Rabindranath Tagore which are very good. I shall look for some more urls which might have stories.

"newly written stories"---somrtimes ,there are some websites that the starters would post their own articles ,and if the works are popular by many readers, then the pubisher would contact the writers ,before that time,we can read the mewly written stories-----
