what if

before days came, there was no time,
before seasons came, there was no ryhme.
before years came, there was no history,
before celebrations came, there was no saddness.

happiness came after years,
saddness came before tears.

if we went back and erased the good
would there be any bad?
if we took away all the happiness,
would there be any sad?

Would it be worth it,
if we took the good
to remove the bad.

what would people do?
if they knew

if the world was like this would we care?
would we notice?
would we want to change?
in exchange for some good
we get back
all our sorrows and pain?
