Working Report

I am currently doing my internship in this this company and I have been asked to submit a "Working Report".

I have been googling to find out how to write one but just couldn't find any help.

I seriously to know the format and the how to.

Could someone please help?

A "working report" could mean just about anything, and I suspect it is company argot for something formal. I would ask your supervisor what the contents and form should be; there may be a template for it that you need to use.
