Satires - Juvenal
The Golden *** - Apuleius
Candide - Voltaire
Gulliver's Travels - Swift
The Rape of the Lock - Pope
Master and Margarita - Bulgakov
Huckleberry Finn - Twain
Animal Farm - Orwell
Brave New World - Huxley

For films, how about Kubrick's "Dr. Strangelove"? Also, most of Luis Buñuel's movies are satires of the Catholic Church and bourgeois values.
