This is something little I'm putting together, I've sort of worked on it, I have some scenes written out and now I'm stringing them together. This is the first scene, it's not overly hilarious but I sure hope it brings a smile to somebody's face. :)
INT. -TALK SHOW STUDIO-DAY
STELLA, a 35 year old talk show host, sits in a chair across from GASPARD, 20, is very pale and has messy black hair. He keeps looking away from her at the AUDIENCE while Stella looks at the cameras. She snaps her fingers a few times and he looks back at her. There is a big smile across her face as she holds onto a set of cards with her name on the back.
STELLA:
Here we are today with our special guest, Gaspard Lestat.
He is the very lucky man or vampire. Which do you
prefer? I’m knew to this whole supernatural Hollywood
movie…I don’t know what to call it thing.
GASPARD:
Gaspard. Gaspard Lestat.
STELLA:
Yes, I know what your name is. What I wanted to
know was, what should I refer to you as a vampire or a man.
GASPARD:
Vampire.
STELLA:
Now that we have that all cleared, for those who don’t
know, which would be horrific, if I may say; Gaspard
here is going to marry the lovely Ellie Petrelli.
Gaspard meekly waves at the cameras while sitting there. Stella reaches out putting his hand back on his lap.
STELLA:
Will you please tell us all how you met.
GASPARD:
We said hello.
STELLA:
Alright, no I was hoping for a more detailed story.
Like was it love at first sight because weren’t you
living on the streets before you two met.
GASPARD:
Um yes I was. And well, she had me at hello.
STELLA:
Can we have a more detailed story?
GASPARD:
Oh, that is easy. Why didn’t you say that
in the first place?
STELLA:
Just-just tell the story!
GASPARD:
Yes, yes alright it all started one night when
I was working late at Movie Galore…
Scene fades.
