Christina Rossetti- The Poor Ghost

For my final exams I have to interprete a Poem and I've chosen THe Poor Ghost from Christina Rossetti. I've almost finished, there's just one last question:

-> Why did she wrote this poem? Did anybody important for her, died?

Please help me, I need the answer til next monday. =)

You can bump up the thread again by re-asking for help, there is no need to be rude....that won't get you anything.


As for my part, I'm sorry, I am not familiar with the poem or familiar enough with Rosetti to help.
