Our souls are dying;
As they claim to heal.
We are lost in the shadows,
No light shines in our world.
We hunger for the human touch,
We look for the human soul.
But our blindness had killed us.
There are no angels in this desolate world.
It is a prison, a cell for the dead;
A bottomless hole.
No principles stand.
How long can we hold on?
How long can we survive?
We reach out for warmth,
To be burned by ashes.

Wrong. This world is not just as you imagine and this is different than your perception. There are both good happenings and bad ones and do not be so pessimistic. There are not always cloudy days, days of sunshine too.

oh, i agree. there are days of sunshine, but they are becoming fewer and fewer. and i'm not talking of right now. i wrote this poem like this was someone writing from the future to us, like a warning.
