Daze(?) (working title)

[Smoogles]

I have been wanting to write on this subject for a while, I love daydreaming. Oh well I hope you like.

In a Daze


Thoughts on thoughts
retrace your steps through that maze,
breathe quickly before the wind slows.

I may go off on a stroll sitting down;
for daydreaming is nothing
but a cluster of current possibility
balled up and cultured by minds eye.
Infatuation and boredom are the culprits.
Thinking… caught red-handed
leading minds on a succubus’s trail
to a land far off from routine.

Retrace your steps once you emerge
from the pool that is your mind. Back to
the reality, breathe quickly…

i find myself going through these action at this very moment, it`s very powerful in my mind, that`s the sing of a great poet.
