Help finding a poem

I hope someone can help me find this poem. The poems goes like this:-
Shadows lie about our path
and heavy is the load
But somewhere in the future
I can see a broad bright road
You and I together walking
happy free at last
Leaving far behind us
the troubles of the past
when the struggle seems too great
The hills to high to climb
I conjure in my weary heart
a vision of the time
When our task completed
having fought and won the day
I can take you by the hand
and walk the sunlit way
