This reminds me of my 13th birthday - I had it at a cactus farm, and we all dressed up in ponchos and sombreros!! :D. I had this sliver poncho thing that my grandma sent me :lol:

Wow, a poncho day?? I have a poncho, a very old one which belonged to my mother before, I look quite stupid in it but I love it! :p I only wear it at home. It's either this or a bathrobe that I wear all day long and when people come to the house they look at me strangely. But damn, that's so cosy! :)

yesterday was officially world poncho day. :p In Columbia they made a giant poncho and put it on display breaking the world record!

Generally if you wear one of those ponchos, especially the ones they sell around, then you practically scream "I'm a tourist." It's kind of a generic thing since it's summer here, but when the rains come lots of people go around in ponchos.

I don't own one, but I remember owning a green plaid and black cape when i was younger, and I used to hate it, lol
