Hello!
I love to read since I learned how to (coloring books were also quite interesting before I mastered the skill of reading ;) ) and I finally decided to join a community with same interests.
My favourite authors are Herman Hesse, Salman Rushdie and Sergei Jesenjin (how do you spell that in English?), just to name few (the list is very long).
Anything else you would like to know in order to get to know me better - feel free to ask.

Awesome... I have some family from Croatia! :D And thankyou, I think it's very true and I like to keep the quote in mind when I feel like giving up!
Also one more thing that I like to hear about, why did you chose the nickname you did?

Castalia is an imaginary European province in Hesse's The Glass Bead Game existing with sole purpose of education - some of the students then return to society, others remain and improve thier knowledge further. I believe knowledge and pursuit for answers is the most precious gem given to mankind on this planet (sadly, often neglected). Therefore - Castalian Girl, someone who constantly pursuits knowledge, education and self-growth.

That's a lovely reason for picking your nickname. I'm glad to hear that you are constantly pursuing knowledge, education and self-growth, I think that it is something everyone should aspire to do :)
