Did anyone here read it? What did you think?

I thought it was pretty good. I expected less, I'll admit. It was reminiscent of Momento and other such books/movies but it was interesting and it kept me hooked until the end. Overall I thought it was worth reading.

I just finished it the other day. Throughly enjoyed it, although it did bog down in a few places. Yes, the comparison to Memento is accurate, although this went so much further. I enjoyed the way he played with the concept of reality and time.
I can't wait to see what this author comes up with next. :)

I read this book a while agoo, but when people ask me what book I would recommend - this is the one that comes to mind :)

I don't know about the MOMENTO reference (I have only seen the movie, didn't know there was a book ), but I liked the way it played with reality. You get drawn into a world which can't exist and still, you believe it. I know I did - I thought it all purely logical  I don't think it would easily happen in real life though. At least not outside the mind ;)

I also liked the way letters became images and the other way around. Nice touch!

And this:
"I think there's a small block of original quiet that exists in the world. 3 a.m. to 5 a.m. - a last natural wilderness, time's shrinking little Antarctica."
Really helps when you've gotta get up at 4 a.m. ;)
