Many years ago I told someone I cared about, things that at that moment I felt very strong about, even though I was well intentioned, my choice of words were not the best, my words were perceived as a direct attack....... as a consequence I have learnt to be cautious on topics I choose to discuss, the words I use and even my body language. I have learnt to respect other people’s points of view, knowledge, words as these are a reflection of their own very personal experiences......
