Love Forever

Hey everyone this my first attempt at writing a poem tell me how bad it is. Thanks

Others love in their own way.
Pay no heed what they might say.
Words we use can’t be fake.
Love in life the difference it makes.

Love will make you happy each day.
Giving your heart is the price to pay.
Love will keep our hearts from ache.
Love is better to give then take.

Love is hard a game we play.
Can’t leave, it’s in us to stay.
What’s right, there’s no mistake.
Being in love is no piece of cake.

There will be a time someday
Your feelings are molded in clay
We marry knowing much at stake
Life is now fragile as a snowflake.

Be faithful it is easy to stray.
Tell them of your love everyday.
Love makes all things OK.
Stay strong and do not sway.
Lost loves make your heart break.

Your poem is beautiful stylistically speaking, but does not speak of the pains one has to endure in love.

I figured it was time to put the bad thoughts from my disaster of a marriage to rest and think about the future. The thoughts in my poem are of what we lost in our marriage and I now beleive this is what it will take to keep love in our lives forever. Good or bad we all desire it and the disire can drive a person insane when they don't have it.
