Roivas

Salutations! I'm a high school student living in Georgia (and no, I do -not- speak with a southern drawl). I'm currently learning Latin (first it killed the Romans, now it's killing me...).
I found this website by searching for Yeats poems, quite on a whim, as I didn't know much about him. I believe that the poem I first found was "Leda and the Swan." After that, I fell in love with Yeats' poetry. I know I've far yet to go in terms of fully appreciating his writing, but even the small glimpse afforded to me is full of splendor. I hope that as I grow and mature, I will be able to understand his works more thoroughly, and indeed all literary works.
I enjoy philosophical and religious treatises, and, as I've discovered, surrealist works. ("Roivas" is the name of a mysterious figure of hope in Kenneth Patchen's The Journal of Albion Moonlight, who serves much the same function as Godot.)
Anyways, hello to all. I feel honored to be in such company.
