My real name actually isn't Anastasija, though I use it here "fully" as if it were (I even write Nastja for short :D). I have got three given names, though, so if you wish to try to guess the combination... :D:D

Johann... Are you Ivan? For some reason you 'sound' Ivan to me, or you just remind me of somebody I knew.
I definitely do know who is Ivan on this site though. Try to guess that too before he comes. :D

But somebody already guessed your name. :p I merely confirmed it. :D

Go ahead and tell everyone my name. It would somewhat go against the purpose of your own thread since the object is to guess (at least that was what I got from the title). It isn't really a guess if you already know, now is it? ;)

Nope :) Those are all Finnish last names (how did you know them, by the way?) My name is Finnish, but it's rather uncommon. There are only 99 people in the world with that name, and 91 of them live in Finland.

So does mine... I always hated when we used to line up in order by last name in school!

djy78usa
04-26-2008, 01:27 AM

Oh, my first name begins with a Y. My last with an S.

I'll guess David or Daniel for you.

The only female 'Y' names I can think of are Yvette and Yvonne (both seem to fit, given your French husband and fondness of Europe)

As for me, it is not a Biblical name, and it gained alot of popularity in the late 60's... right around the time "The Graduate" came out (not so subtle hint)

Is your name Hannah? (it comes to my mind when I think of you for some reason :p)

Because of the emo personality? :p I actually have an emo friend named Hannah and no it is not me... Emo people are not given to such excessive displays of narcissism  But yeah she's one of my best friends.

I actually have four names, twenty-nine letters all in all, none of which is Kit, the nickname by which I am known here. My surname is a huge mismatch to my dad's Chinese-Arab ancestry due to a name change made several generations back. My first name is not so common, though a small percentage of people including an Arabic princess and a deceased young pop artist have it (pop performer had a different spelling though). My second name has its origins in Russian, though I was the only person in the world who had it during my first few years of life. However, other people started giving their kids that name perhaps after I came out on TV  Relax, I'm not that popular! We can't figure out where my third, or "middle" name came from, the only thing we know is that it's my mom's maiden name. Her grandparents are from Spanish/German/Italian/Mexican descent, but the name doesn't sound like any of those at all.

So..have I given you enough clues? ;)

Happy guessing!!!

Oh, and I know yours, Baki.

The beloved Logos listening to me whine one day about getting acquainted here on the forum suggested using my first name as a way of letting people start to know something personal about you. So that ship sailed a long time ago. I now have started of list of first names for the members here I have some sort of contact with from time to time as I constantly was forgetting Idril's name.
