While I was praying on the mat last night
That gorgeous urchin appeared from somewhere,
And quietly whispered into my ear:
"Look up at me , my able saint !",
I looked up in the empty space
Only to find nothing there,
Nothing but something inside my heart
Which made me feel like a devil
Trying to eat my heart
And all that was previously
There !

This is wonderful, mazHur. I'll bet Eckhart and Oprah would really like this, with all of their current talk about ego.
Your poem may be unusual, I don't know, but I like every line, spare but so honest.
