Hey Guys! I'm writing a research paper on holistic therapies and advancement and medicine, incorportated with the use of this throughout fairy tales and how we see different forms of medicine used in fairy tales. Some questions I've been pondering are:
What kinds of remedies were used in fairy tales?
What are some fairy tales with healing?
Peoples opinions of spiritual and holistic healing?
Any input would be great! Thanks!:)
Hmm, I don't know, maybe try reading some Fairy Tales. You didn't even specify which culture's Fairy Tales either. For someone writing a paper, you seem to have done no work. Perhaps try some primary sources.
I really shouldn't but since you asked, look into African, South-East Asian and Oceanic regions of folklore. They seem to have strong emphasis on the tradition of the medicine man.

I have actually done a lot of research, but part of the research is personal. So therefore I need to conduct a survey, and this is the easiest way to do it in a short amount of time. That is why I had the more opinionate and person questions for the people who chose to respond to answer. I've been focusing alot of my research on holistic medicine today, and how its advanced, and comparing and contrasting it. Now, I am looking for more of just people's opinions and what they know of.
Thanks :)

Well , maybe in the fairy story " Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs " by Andersen , The Prince used his kiss as a antidote to bring Snow White back to life . Can we consider it as a kind of treatment ? And you can find many things like this in Arabic Fairy Stories like " 1001 days and nights " .
