Here I sit alone beside this road,
Not exactly sure where here even is.
It doesn’t matter at all though,
I am having the time of my life.
A cool breeze peacefully blows,
The ominous owls nearby hoot.
My young heart beats in sync,
Silently the night sky grins.
Few moments remain,
Time is quickly dwindling.
One last smile,
Just one final laugh.
Joy halted,
Happiness through.
Frozen,
Everything.
Dawn,
It’s here.

I really like how you did this poem. Very interesting. Though, I found the opening few lines to be a bit awkward in tone. It really picks up near the middle with "silently the night sky grins...", though. Good job!
