uncertainty caresses my mind
as thoughts drift through consciousness
and if i only knew why, i couldn`t find
why i can`t reach out and claim my bliss
my heart says yes
my mind is mute
as i digress
a trivial pursuit
lost in thoughts of what might be
dreading the past and all that was
too scared to act, there`s no guarantee
regardless of this i will try because...
i`m tired, you see
of being alone
so sick of me...
...i`ll find the unknown
