This is in honor of Robert Frost who was born on this day in 1874 in the great city of San Francisco. Many do not know that his life was filled with tragedy and dark depression. He said this..."In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on."

it goes on

yes, life goes on,
yours
mine
you've given me such trouble
maybe I've given you some
I don't know
it doesn't really matter anymore
I still love you
I always will
it goes on
and on
and the tears still come
but not as often
I can summon them when needed
blow my nose
lay down my head
and sigh
it goes on

This reminds me of my feelings for Chris.

Strange poem for Frost, so much without his low-keyed music.
