Moods

They change very often
I get angry
I become happy
I suddenly start remembering things
Momnets of joys and pains
My times with others
Both good and bad

Truth

What is it?
I experiment with things,
I try with spirituality
I try with science
Yet I have not arrived at it.
The Buddha, Jesus, Krishna
I have read a lot,
Yet I remain unsettled

Joys and pains

That 'What gives joys' is uncertain
For everything I do under the sun is a commixture
Of both joys and pains
Life generates from both states, of joys and pains,
At death both depart

Love

Can you love anyone
Without tinges of hate?
We love one part of someone
And the other part is hatable.

Theists and Atheists

God is a quest
For we dread the unknown
God is existence
There is nothing
Beyond, above or beneath us
All that we see are reflections
Indeed the reflection of ourselves

Man

Man is nothing special
He is like any other things
The quiver, the tremor
Some upshots of creations
And what becomes of him
Is uncertain
Nobody, no spirtual masters
Are fully convincing
Nobody can say who really he is.

Ah, what a spontaneous poem dear Blaze. I loved every part of this poem. Really a good poem. :thumbs_up

And I feel that you're inclining more toward spirituality. Am I right Blaze?

Ideed it does, Blaze, as Edna St. Vincent Milay once wrote: "Life goes on. I forget just why." The questions you pose in your poem are deep and I am not sure that any of us can truly say we have the answers, but we look to the unknown and do not have to be afraid. Faith is a strong thing, what you put your Faith in is a personal choice, but that Faith will keep you when the questions do not make sense, when the answers are unreadable, and when knowledge seems not to cover the subject at hand. God bless and keep you.

Dear Pen, your comment to Blaze's beautiful poem is so vivid. I loved your comment as well and this profoundly written poem.

Dear Blaze, although your poem as a whole is grand, still I have picked some lines which I found quite moving:

joys and pains,
At death both depart

Can you love anyone
Without tinges of hate?

Beyond, above or beneath us
All that we see are reflections
Indeed the reflection of ourselves

Love,

These are very nice, Blaze. I just noticed that our titles are very similar but your poems are so much more.

One more poem on Life

Life goes on despite everything, every happening, and indeed life rega\rdless of every phenomneon has to go on flowing.

For life is a vital force that animates us
We are indeed the results of all that life does
Life has nothing to do with our joys and pains
Life keeps on going, whether we get losses or gains

We are simply under a veil of illusions
Busying ourselves with amassing mounts of wealth
Trying indeed to own the entire resources of the planet
But life goes on and on
It does not see both poor and rich from a different eye
It sees things evenly

Life bestows generosity equitably on all
Unlike man tries to down the weak

Life passes through the corridor of every being
It is a boon gifted by the force unseen

For life goes on despite everything.

Life is complete unto itslelf
Life is an accomplishmnent unto itself

Life needs no master
Life needs no leader
Life is an achievement unto itself
Life is itself Nirvana unto itself
