Hi.

I'm new here; however, I have a question regarding literature. We were given this assignment and I'm having trouble finding some examples.

Using two illustrations or quotations from independently read literature, evaluate one of the following two sentences.
1) Taking charge of your own life is worthwhile
2) Forming Meaningful connections may enrich lives

If you have any suggestions as to what books could be used for either of these two subjects, it would be greatly appreciated.

When you say you're having trouble finding examples, where are you looking?

Maybe I'm misreading the situation, but it's quite ironic that you seem to be sitting back waiting for someone to find you a source for the idea that taking charge of your own life is worthwhile.
