neices/nephews.

So my neice was born jan.24th, she came down this weekend, and i was taunted the entire weekend about being wrapped around her tiny finger... I was just thinking, how is it that we always get wrapped around little fingers? lol.
do you guys have any neices or nephews. whats your story? are you wrapped around there little finger...its okay you can admit it.

I'm known as grumpy uncle Sean, so no, not really! I only have neices, no nephews! I do love them to bits though.

I think it's great to be wrapped! I say enjoy it because one of these days she won't be a cute little baby. It's harder to put up with a three year old. What does it hurt to be wrapped around her finger? it makes you feel warm and fuzzy and she likes it too. I say be proud of your adoration! :D

I aint wrapped around any little fingers - to me babies kinda resemble oversized grapefruits anyway.

wow ! and the sweet thing is he cries hard in his moms arms but me??? he sleeps immediatley listening to my singing voice and heart.

I've got nieces and nephews. They're OK. The older ones kind of irritate me sometimes, but they are basically good kids. The babies are adorable. For some reason both of them REALLY like me! I am in shock because the other kids never wanted to bother with me too much when they were babies. The babies are one boy and one girl. Both of them are always attached to me. So, it is nice because I never had that with the others. Yet, it can be kind of hard to deal with when I have other things that I need to get done. I do deal with it, though, because how on earth could I be mean to those adorable little faces?? :D Not only that, they do like me! So, they have to get my undivided attention! :D

Between my husband and me we have 3 nieces, 2 nephews and one great niece. I can proudly say that all of them are great kids and I do mean that. They are respectful and do well in school. Thats saying a lot for todays generation of kids.

I have three neices and two of them are in college and they were just finishing up high school when they became my nieces. The other on is in the fifth grade or so, and my husband and I lived with her for a while. Very crowded conditions...me, his sister, her daughter and his great aunt who was providing room and board for her homeless family :lol: The younger niece is great although, I wouldn't say I was wrapped around her finger. Seems like babies are the ones who have that ability. My other neices are all grown up and they eyed me with suspician when I first started dating their uncle.

I got two nephews.. it's funny having someone little around you. It makes you wonder.. was I doing that too where I was young? :D

6 nephews, 5 nieces. Love them all, even though at times they have all been little ****s! My eldest neice works with me, which means I get to see her every day.

Nope! I have a brother but he's 30 years old and we weren't raised together, so I'm kinda like an only child.
