I haven't read this book yet, but I saw it at my local book store. I was wondering if anybody had picked it up and if so, what were your generals impressions about it?

You typed a comprehensible sentence, so...you could down a Mitch Albom beach read like that in, oh, two hours (maybe).

I wasn't my type of book; I was at boarding school, and thus waiting for the chance to buy another book from my own desires. A friend let me borrow to kill a night, and although it may be uplifting, I adore darker stuff and hated the more obvious messages/themes.

But hey, Mitch Albom is great on the Sports Reporters.

I believe I saw it in a bookstore once, at a distance. But it radiated so much commercial, feel-good vibe that I immediately turned away.

I had to read it in high school, oh boy.

It's definitely a feel good novel, nothing far-out there, not challenging, etc.

I wouldn't suggest reading. You're time could be spent on better things.
