Just thought I'd introduce myself, my name is Freddie and I'm 16. I've been browsing these forums for the past couple of weeks now reading some of the posts so I figured what the heck, I may as well register.

Just a few tidbits about me, I really love literature, honestly when I'm reading I'm happy, I probably own more books than the library does. I'm a big work freak and am almost always working on something, I have a tendency to keep myself busy most of the time. I move around quite a lot but oh well, thats the way of life and I just sorta get dragged around wherever my parents go (which is most often places I don't want to be). My dream is to go to University of Florida and work as a research scientist, I'm scheduled to this summer go and stay for 7 weeks at the university and work with the scientist there so it will be pretty fun, a good learning experience and will get me used to college for when I graduate in 2010.

Honestly there has only ever been one book I have read that I have disliked and that was simply because the book was extremely poorly written, but besides that I appreciate all forms of writing and anytime anyone has ever suggested a book to me I have tried it. For a while, like many daydreaming teenagers, I went through my fantasy phase and then this previous summer I got really hooked on nonfictions, reading a lot of biology reports and such. Now I'm going through a bit of a classical novel phase, reading all of the classics, I have a list printed on my wall of 100 classical books that I want to read before I graduate and Im already more than halfway through, maybe if this summer Ill start delving into another genre.

Oh well, nice to join the boards and cant wait to get to know some of all of you a little better. :)
