This is new right? I was wondering if searching was slowing down teh site or something.

Yeah, this must be new. And frankly it's kind of annoying. How come all of a sudden? And for some reason it doesn't seem to happen all the time, or maybe that's just my perception.

I agree. I think it is very annoying, especially to get a response saying "you must wait 1 second to search the forums"

Is it really necessary?
