How do I write a Process Analysis essay on a concrete poem?

The poem is titled "How to be an Army" and it has pictures of boots, potatoes, fleas, marching men, the word "Blood" and "Generals", and at the bottom it says "And faith in the right" with lots of crosses below it...

The images about war, then about the blood spilled only benefiting the elite/generals, who didn't die, and then faith in the right implying blind faith, and then I assume religion being symbols for death and redemption, and also for the church backing this up/opiate of the people. That's what I see anyway.
